MMA is no longer a male members-only club. With the rise of women in MMA comes the perception that MMA was a valid and safe sport for all ages and genders. With ZESP we train athletes from all disciplines and ultimately our coaches optimize athlete's abilities in their respective sport.

ZESP is an online source of coaching through video evaluation or real-time practice intervention. Through our platform, trainers and coaches who want to take their sessions to the next level can have direct training guidance in real-time or uploading their practice content. Our master trainers will study and provide contemporary practice feedback and techniques Our sole purpose is to give all coaches and their athletes to the opportunity to improve regardless of where they are located.
